Kampanics, L.L.C. was founded by Dr. Kushal Bhattacharjee who has four decades of experience in design, modeling, and technology development in Surface Acoustic Wave, Bulk Acoustic Wave, and piezo-MEMS devices. He received his M.S. degree in physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; his M.S.E.E. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY; and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Prior to founding Kampanics, he worked as a designer, R&D manager, and technology developer in various companies such as Andersen Laboratories, TRW Space and Defense, Motorola, and Qorvo. He has authored several papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and has been granted 27 patents over his career. He served in the Technical Program Committee of IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society for 22 years.
